How long does shipping take?

Orders are hand-wrapped and dispatched within two business days. Delivery across India typically arrives in 3–5 days.

What is your return policy?

Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We ask that opened bottles be exchanged only for a different fragrance, never refunded — it allows us to keep our prices honest.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your parcel leaves the atelier. If you haven't received it within three days of ordering, write to ledorperfumes@gmail.com and we will check.

Do you offer refills?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All 50ml and 100ml Le D'Or bottles can be refilled at the Paris atelier or by mail at 35% off the original price. Simply return your empty bottle, well-sealed.
