Who we are

Le D'Or Perfumes ("we", "us") is a small-batch perfume house based in Gudalur, The Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, India. For any privacy question or request, contact us at ledorperfumes@mail.com.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, delivery address, pincode, and the products you ordered. We use these only to confirm, fulfil and support your order, and to message you on WhatsApp about it.

Advertising & analytics cookies

We use two measurement tools on this site:

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) — records pages you view and actions you take on this site so we can measure the performance of our ads and improve them. Data shared includes pages visited, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — records anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, session duration, approximate location) so we can understand how visitors use the site.

These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. The data is shared with the providers named above and used for the purposes of measurement and advertising optimisation.

Your consent & choices

In regions where consent is required, advertising and analytics tracking stays switched off until you accept. You can accept all tracking, allow only what's necessary, or choose per purpose in our cookie banner.

You can review or change your choice at any time — including withdrawing it — using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent applies immediately.

Opt-outs

Besides the cookie banner, you can also opt out of Meta's ad personalisation through your Instagram or Facebook ad preferences, and of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on or your Google Ads settings.

Retention & sharing

Order details are kept only as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal or accounting requirements. We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers named above and with our delivery partners, to the extent needed to run our business.
